When are appointments available?

Appointments are available on the following days & times:

Monday to Fridays:   10.00, 11.15, 12.30, 1.45, 3.00, 4.15, 5.30, 6.45 & 8.00

Saturday:                    10.00, 11.15 & 12.30

How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer free trial sessions?

All sessions are chargeable however if you would like to arrange an initial chat free of charge to see if I am the right person to work with just let me know via the contact form and we can arrange a time to speak.

Are you currently seeing people one to one or online?

Since Covid, 95% of my sessions are online with clients both from the UK and around the world.

However I can also see people in person in my studio in Rye, East Sussex.

I am nervous about online sessions!

It's not uncommon for people to initially feel a little nervous about online sessions however it's surprising how quickly once you get into the conversation it feels just like being in the room!
 

Are the sessions just as effective online as in person?

Yes the sessions are just effective online as they are in person.
 

How long do sessions last?

Sessions last an hour but I ask that you allow an hour and 15 minutes in case a session runs over.
 

How soon can I get an appointment?

Sessions are available within 1 to 10 days of your initial enquiry.

Are you currently taking on new clients?

Clients are at different stages so whereas some require weekly sessions initially, others are moving to fortnightly, monthly etc.  Whilst my website is my 'shop front' I do not advertise therefore most clients find me through referrals that way sessions are always available.

 

How much do sessions cost and when & how do I pay for sessions?

My professional charge is £80.00 per session payable in advance via bank transfer.  This allows me to cut down on admin time and focus on sessions.  Bank details will be provided with your appointment confirmation via email.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cannot attend my appointment?

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will not be charged.  Please allow as much notice as possible, so that the session can be offered to others.  Sessions cancelled without notice are chargeable in full.

Are sessions covered under private medical insurance?

NLP and Coaching are not currently covered under private medical insurance.  You will require a practitioner that is BACP accredited.  A list of such practitioners can be provided by your medical insurer.

Are you BACP accredited?

NLP and Coaching are not currently regulated through the BACP.   NLP, CBT Coaching and Applied Neuroscience are classed as a 'complementary therapy'.  ​
